We understand how difficult it is to purchase a Tiara without actually having seen it in person. Although we try to ensure an exact likeness when photographing products, it is sometimes impossible to achieve a perfect comparison.

When you receive your product if it is not what you are looking for, we can either exchange it, or offer you a full refund. This does NOT include postage and packaging costs. To receive a refund goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please email us within 24 hours of receipt and return the product in its original packaging and we will reimburse you upon receipt of the goods.

Obviously the overall condition of the product will be taken into consideration prior to making a refund. Unfortunately for health reasons, we can not accept returned pierced earrings.

Please note that refunds will NOT be given on products that have obviously been worn before return. If products become damaged during events such as hair or dress trials, then Tiara Princess can not be held responsible.
